The Family Child Care Early Learning Network

SC CCR&R is very excited to be introducing the Family Child Care Early Learning Network

The SC FCC Early Learning Network is a coalition of South Carolina’s family child care providers led by the South Carolina Resource and Referral Quality Coaches.

In-person meetings will provide FCC professionals updates on new training and regulations, the opportunity to build relationships with other providers in South Carolina, and time to plan and build their network.

We believe that the more tools you have under your belt, and the bigger your community, the better your care can be.

Find out about our upcoming December network meetings here!

Thank you to everyone who made the most recent conference on November 1st and 2nd successful! View the Saturday, November 2nd program here.

The save the date for the 2025 family child care conference will be released soon.

Honoring South Carolina's Family Child Care Providers

Ahead of this year’s family child care conference, we wanted to highlight two South Carolina family child care providers who are going above and beyond to maintain the highest quality of care. My’Eisa Miller from Kingstree South Carolina is the SC state representative for the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC). Tawyna Ritenour is the only nationally accredited FCC provider in South Carolina, in addition to being recognized by the military for her work with families serving in the Air Force.

Read their interviews here to learn how they built their child care businesses, their advice to other providers, and their hopes for the future. Thank you so much to My’Eisa and Tawyna for speaking to us about your phenomenal work!
