The Business Support Quality Coach Lead functions as a part of the South Carolina Child Care & Resource Referral (SC CCR&R) team that provides technical assistance and professional development to early childhood programs and collaborates with partner agencies to coordinate services. The Business Support Quality Coach Lead coordinates with designated SC Department of Social Services staff, SC CCR&R management, and other organizations to help develop and implement activities related to start-up grants, outreach to recruit new programs, initiatives to support programs’ business practices and emergency preparedness, and any other initiatives. This position provides technical assistance and training to programs participating in start-up and other business support initiatives and support to project or other grant opportunities and SC CCR&R Quality Coaches working with start-up grant recipients.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
